Ownership and Usage Restrictions
By downloading or using the apps, these terms will automatically apply to you – it’s essential to read them carefully before using the apps. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the apps, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the source code of the apps is prohibited, as is translating the apps into other languages or creating derivative versions. The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remains the property of Viacheslav Ryzhikov.
Changes and Service
Viacheslav Ryzhikov is dedicated to ensuring that the apps is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the apps or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the apps or services without making it explicitly clear what you’re paying for.
Data Handling and Security
The apps stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may compromise your phone’s security features and render the apps inoperable.
Internet Connection and Charges
Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. While the connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, Viacheslav Ryzhikov cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you lack access to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
When using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app or for other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
Liability and Responsibilities
Viacheslav Ryzhikov cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the apps. You need to ensure that your device remains charged; if it runs out of battery and you cannot access the Services, Viacheslav Ryzhikov cannot accept responsibility.
Regarding Viacheslav Ryzhikov’s responsibility for your use of the apps, while we strive to ensure its accuracy and timeliness, we rely on third parties to provide information. Viacheslav Ryzhikov accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from relying solely on the app’s functionality.
Updates and Termination
At some point, we may update the apps. The apps are currently available on iOS, and the system requirements (and for any additional systems we extend availability to) may change. You will need to download updates to keep using the app. Viacheslav Ryzhikov does not guarantee continuous updates to keep the apps relevant to you or compatible with your device’s operating system. However, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered.
We may also choose to discontinue providing the apps and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights and licenses under these terms will end, and you must cease using the app and delete it from your device unless instructed otherwise.

We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. It is advisable to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
